Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel

The room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and incredibly tidy as well. Getting set up was quick, efficient, and friendly as well during the check in process. I really appreciated Sheraton being willing to tenporarily hold my luggage after check out because of a professional event as well. Being next to a Mall was also very convenient. I would absolutely come back for my next visit to Maryland.

This hotel has everything you want in a reasonably priced hotel. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean (but perhaps a little dated), all room fixtures were working, and the elevators were new and timely. Also, there's ample free parking directly across from the hotel, and there's a Whole Foods just down the road. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall and several other appealing services. It also has great views of the lake with direct access to a walking path. Just a short walk away are great restaurants with quality dining. The only issue, which isn't much of a big deal, is that it's difficult to see the hotel from the main road.

I booked this hotel for two nights, didn't feel like driving home and dealing with the weather. My brother attends school nearby and we both needed a place to crash. Booked a double bed room and we were set. But my brother had to check-in before me and was listed on the reservation. I called and the person I spoke with was ever so helpful and adjusted my reservation to give him the ability to check-in with his ID. Big plus. I arrived later and officially checked-in. The room was clean and has a great view of the pond to the back. The service is impeccable and very friendly. I minus one start for the expensive breakfast price. While it was tasty it was expensive. I would stay here again and better prepare by bringing more snacks.

Look I’ve been coming to this same hotel for at least five 5 years for the Capital Jazz Festival and every years its gone down as far as the up keep of the building and quality of service. Our room is infested with ants, no shower curtain in the bathroom and possible mold. We are not coming back next year which is very unfortunate because this place use to be very nice. So disappointing:(

As a Mobile Massage Therapist, this hotel provides an excellent venue to impress clients with. The layout is easy to navigate through but I felt as if reception was too far away from my room. I loved that the mall, a restaurant and even a nightclub were all within walking distance of my room. After a couple of days of seeing clients, the surrounding amenities are a great help! Looking forward to coming back for Memorial Day weekend. 😎
