Crowne Plaza Annapolis

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms were nice and quiet. Free parking and across the street from the Annapolis mall. Minutes to the waterfront.

I Definitely enjoyed my stay. It was a visit for sailing and relaxing. The Pool and Spa Area very nice. The Buffet Breakfast Selection was nice also. The Fruit was sweet and good. Very Friendly Staff. Beautiful place

I am definitely satisfied with my experience in this hotel. My skin is very sensitive, some hotels look clean but the beds made my skin felt itchy when I am laying on bed, but it never happens in Crowne Plaza. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. There is a bar by the main lobby and a dinning area as well. A comfortable hotel with reasonable price overall.

My wife and I had our wedding block at the plaza this past Saturday. Hotel looked nice, was very clean and the service breakfast was actually pretty decent. However, thanks to the incompetence of the admin staff several guests were told they could not book on our hotel block and ended up at another hotel. You were completely inflexible when our guests needed to adjust their reservations.Also we spent lots of time and money on guest bags for our friends and family flying in from all over the country and the front desk did not give all our guests the bag despite us explaining repeatedly to do so. When my bride, on our wedding day no less, brought this to the woman at the front desk's attention, she gave her attitude. This is inexcusable and infuriating. Had I been there I would have had some very choice words for this woman. Also, our room was not cleaned after our first night and you couldn't even throw us a bone and comp our breakfast after making those mistakes? Going forward when my friends ask where to do their hotel blocks or stay I will recommend the SPCA over the crown.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. There was an error on our bill and they were very quick and helpful to rectify the situation. The room was clean and well cared for. The bed qas comfortable. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis.
