Lovely customer service. Also great location for being close to small shops, cafes, and restaurants in any direction. I wasn't pleased with was our fire alarm going off at 5:30 am for no reason. It was going off in our room only. Our phone also weirdly had a bad connection whenever we wanted to contact the front desk. But other than those two things I had a great time. I would stay there again!

Really spacious room. Great customer service. Clean bed, bathroom. The price to stay here was well worth it. No noise. The staff are really care about their customers. Always smiling.

Spent a wonderful week in Annapolis. Room was clean. Had trouble with getting things fixed tub handle came off. The door squeaked very loudly. Complained three times, that never got fixed. Then at checkout requested charges to be switch to another card. That didn’t happen until a called. Spoke with Wendy in accounting, she was very short. Not happy with this Westin. The one in Charlotte is much nicer!

I recently stayed at this Westin and I have a few complaints. First, they nickel and dime you for basic ammenities that two star hotels give you. However, on my particular stay they had a prom. The bass from the DJ at the prom rattled out room until midnight. Definitely not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I was extremely dissapointed with my stay.
