The Westin Washington National Harbor

Food was good. My pancakes had some unmixed flour in them but overall still tasty. Dining furniture slightly outdated. Excellent view of water.

Adequate room, clean. Location near transportation and local attractions (convention center, national harbor, casino). Service was friendly and attentive. WiFi only available in lobby. For in room access, requires daily rate.

Just came to visit someone in the lobby. The lobby is pretty small compared to others Westin hotels I've been too, however, from what I've seen, it looks nice. Literally on National Harbor, so plenty of places to shop and eat.

Sauciety in the Westin hotel was a great place to eat breakfast! Maritza and Martha were very nice, I had the corn beef hash and it was delicious with scrambled eggs and toast. In fact I craved for it a few days after.

I was in town for a conference a day early due to the snowstorm that was coming. It's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting, however I was mostly impressed with the service, specifically Ahmed at the front desk. He greeted me warmly & professionally. He quickly resoled an errant reservation that I made at the wrong Westin and made the check-in process a nice and relaxed. I don't usually write reviews unless there was something really bad that occured or something that requires recognition. Therefore I am recognizing the awesome service that Ahmed provided.
