SpringHill Suites by Marriott Des Moines West

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was completely full when we stayed there and the staff, although busy, were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was wonderful and had lots of options for our many dietary needs (diabetes, food allergies, and food intolerances). The location is also very conveniently close to many businesses and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

This is my go to hotel when I'm in town for business. Friendly staff, great service, good breakfast and you have to love the Happy hour amenity to compensate for the hotel not having a bar. The goodie bag they give you at check-in is nice and it hits the spot. Rooms are very clean and staff is very attentive. A very reasonable rate for a decent night sleep

Family w/ 2 boys aged 3 & 12 weekend stay. We were excited how the King room with sofabed looked, but on closer inspection, was quite dirty. Good thing we had baby wipes to take care of the surfaces, but it did not even appear to have been vacuumed. There was a small blood stain on our sheets that was a little unsettling, but it was just the size of drop. We would have rated 5 stars just for the over the top friendly and helpful staff if it were not for the room deficiencies.

Place was awesome!!! Customer service, as well... Free, awesome breakfast, room was beautiful and bed comfy, clean and was a great price for all you get. Totally recommend!!!
