Staybridge Suites West Des Moines

I am a big holiday in fan and prefer to stay at there hotel. But I was let down on my stay here. The hotel staff were bickering with each other. We also had them double book a room and some walked in on my coworker in his room when he was changing. Needless to say we were not very happy and we switch to a Marriott hotel. This hotel is clean and well kept. They survey afternoon happy hour and snacks witch is really nice. If they get there S*^% together they could be a 5 Star hotel for me. I’ll give them another chance if I comeback threw town. Hope they do better because I’m not usually disappointed yet the HIG hotels.

Our room was a double queen suite and it was roomy. The prices are affordable and well worth it. The pool is warm and is open 24 hours for adults, but the kids have a 10 P.M. curfew for the pool. I would stay at this chain of Hotel again.

Disappointing! I usually enjoy staying at Staybridge Suites , but this location was below par and frustrating! My room smelled of stale cigarette smoke ! It supposingly is a smoke free hotel, but this smell was embedded in drapes and carpeting! I booked a suite which was suppose to have a seperate bedroom. This was one room that wrapped around a small kitchen. I requested another room and overheard another person complaining about her accomidations. The second room did not smell of smoke, but had a musty odor. Thankfully there was a hotel across the street!

Loved it. Clean and quiet. Free continental breakfast and wifi. Rooms fully loaded. Kitchen,whirlpool in bathroom even. Great value for all the amenities and services you get.

Friendly patient service, especially the assistant manager Alannna (possible mis spelled). Amazing choice of food at this hotel suites chain. Clean room... We made reservation at the same place on our way home and I will get to sample the last 1/3 of their breakfast.
