The room was fine for being a 3 star hotel. They are quite large. The kitchen had some cookware, but it was in really terrible shape. The staff were all nice.
If you visit on the weekend, be sure to ask for breakfast items you would like but don't see.
For some reason they don't put out yogurt, oatmeal, boiled eggs etc. on the weekend.

They don't put out all the food items available on the weekends. Check in is quite busy. The rooms in photos look great, but reality, they need maintenance. Our bed was broken, the kitchen utensils were in terrible shape. We were not able to cook with them. The pool just got up and running, the next day they had it shut down. The hot tub was not functional.
The size for price is very good. The room was clean.

Cozy place, kind of hidden away. Looks like they're in the process of fixing up the place. It's a decent place to stay the night, will probably stay here again. Hopefully they'll continue to work on updating, it has some great potential.

Room was upgraded to a penthouse which was a loft that was awesome! Staff was great and friendly. Check in and out was effortless. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Close to a variety of different eateries and shopping.

This hotel has a very friendly staff. Management is new and trying to keep up with the repair from previous staff and management.
When I arrived at the hotel, the AC was broken and the room was up to 80 degrees along with a very strong stench of sewer coming through the vents and filling the entire room. The front desk tried to identify where it was coming from but could not and said they would have someone come out in the morning to look at the AC and where the strong smell was coming from. It was very unpleasant to sleep with those issues throughout the night
When I went to unfold my blanket, there were BLOOD STAINS all over it. It was very apparent the bedding had not been washed or switched out. My friend who shared the bed next to me opened her cover and found CHICKEN STUCK TO HER BLANKET. Staff was apologetic but it was a very disgusting room. We had to keep the windows open because the AC was broken, but most of the screens had holes in them, so a few bugs came in through it and throughout the night you could hear everything from outside.
The next morning we went to pay for the second night we had reserved. The night before, the front desk lady said we could pay for the second night we reserved in the morning, before 11am otherwise people can book it. We were at the front desk at 9am and the SAME lady said it had already been booked by someone online. The lady apologized for not communicating that to us the night before but there was nothing she could do. It was very frustrating that it was thing after thing after thing. The lady was able to find a way for us to stay another night. They took 25% of our nights' stay which was about $35 off each night.
Not worth staying again, I hope new management can help train and teach their staff to have excellence in the responsibilities that are required to run a successful hotel.
