Absolutely beautiful. This park has it all -  sand, sun, water and wooded areas. Perfect for camping. Park has some great food trucks that come around and concessions as well. Best place ever to watch the sun set over Lake Michigan!

Beautiful park. Lots of wooded areas with wildlife. There are many campsites to choose from 50 to 30 to primitive ones with views of the lake. Camper/RV sites are in the wooded area. Some sites have water and some sites have easy access to the bathhouse and restrooms.

Always a great place for family.  The parks before work hard to keep the area safe and clean,  this is very much appreciated.  There are also great facilities and the food options seem to be more diverse every time we visit

Very nice beach that is pet friendly. Beach area was clean. Ticket price was affordable. One of the young girls at the gate where you pay with credit cards was very rude and didn't want to give us a map. Luckily they had maps around the park.

Spent an evening at the beach. It was not crowded at all. Clean shore and the beach is pristine. Wonderful sunset view. Great for pebbles collection. $9 entrance fee for the car. Self registration station available. Cash accepted. Would visit again.
