Weststates Property Management

We stayed at an apartment complex in Dayton nevada owned by this company. Their landlord promised no rent raises for a year. We had our rent raised in the first 4 months we were there. I was 4 months pregnant, and she "helped us out". We hit hard times bc my husband wasn't working as much as he wanted too bc he was in the construction business and winter hit. Anyways when the time came to have my son and eviction notices came in every month. Well one day I'm watching a movie with oldest child and my newborn in the living room when 70 mph wind blew my back door open. It broke my back door bc I had the dead bolt in. The "landlord" then accused me of keeping my husband out on the back porch because we had a fight, even though I had witnesses and texts to prove he was in Sacramento California. We told her and she accused me of lying, again. And then went to her office to confront her, then came upstairs to our apartment. And then the "landlord" followed him upstairs, with out a 24 hour notice and knocked on our door trying to apologize and "be civil". I them adopted a dog because suffer from depression. I was having her trained as my emotional support animal. I was in the process of having my papers go through and one day my sweet dog was howling because we left for my doctors appointment. Well the "landlord" heard her howling and then targeted us for "inspection". We ended up leaving the night before because of her harrasment.and by harassment I mean she found differnet says to harass us. Ie coming upstairs, stopping us when we checked our mail... Also, when we moved in we found bags of pills under the stove and a dirty, moldy rag in the garbage disposal. Also the master bedroom smelt like dog piss from the previous renter. I wouldn't rent from this company again. Also I forgot to mention the "landlord" tried to bill us $175 last month, even though we havent been there in 2 1/2 years. My sister in law also lived there and ended up moving with her family some where else. The "landlord" tried to bill her almost $800 for cleaning. My sister in law is very ocd about the cleanliness of her house. She ended up going to court with her and she won. I would never recommend these apartments to any one. They are poorly maintained and poorly managed.

these people can't pay their employees, needs to be reported to the labor commissioner.
