We rented 2 different homes from Jensen in the past 3 years. They were amazing. Not only did they gave us a chance despite our credit history. But anytime we called about any issue they came and fixed it immediately. When our washer broke they replaced it within the week. And we received our deposit back after we moved out of each house. They were great to rent from. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

We've leased through Jensen Property management both commercially and have leased our house for over 9 years. They have always been awesome and very responsive to anything we needed. Very easy to work with and very professional. We are moving soon, but if I ever need to rent or lease again they are the first ones I'll check with.

I rented from jensen for 2 years and had a positive experience. Service calls were always taken care of promptly and Cindy was very helpful when I needed to end my lease a little early and helped me through the process. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

I stored a trailer at Gold Butte Storage, managed by Jensen Property. When I went to pick it up several months later, it was gone. Jensen had no explanation nor an apology. I then saw an article in the Mesquite newspaper reporting that numerous camping trailers, UTV's and trailers were stolen from Gold Butte Storage. They did not pay me for the loss of my trailer nor reimburse me for my monthly storage fee. Buyer beware! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Jensen has been managing my rental property for several years, and I am very satisfied. They have gone to bat for me with delinquent renters and have gone the extra mile with insurance companies. They are prompt in addressing tenant concerns and make sure I have the information needed to make necessary homeowner decisions.
