Eugene Burger Management

I have been with Eugene Berger Management for over 15 years and my experiences with them have been terrific. Staff are great to deal with, quick to act when I need anything and pleasant to deal with. Also willing to accommodate our board when it is possibility inconvenient for them. I would recommend them to any other association as one of the best in our area. Wayne Ports Southwest Meadows HOA

Sarah Hall at EBMC is amazing, she is always helpful and is extremely nice I always get her happy self on the phone, thank you for making it easy to order HOA docs

Non-responsive; everything, yes everything, is confidential; pretty much selective enforcement of rules. Little imagination to remedy problems and company does not like volunteers to assist in problem solving.

Contacted them about changing an address for about a year. Continued to send " second" notice fees to the incorrect address. Even after they finally changed the address, they never sent first notices only second notices with an attached fee.

I have called this company, many times since I have owned in Crystal Lakes Homeowners Association, ALWAYS to get the voicemail of the person who handles CLHA account. She has NEVER returned a phone call. Management doesn't seem to be what they do.
