Inhuman treatment to tenants. One guy was told that his elecail could not be repaired and had to contact his own electrician by Hagar in management?

We ran over a very large fan motor part in a supermarket parking space. The steel rod protruding from it punctured the oil pan, gasket & ac to the tune of $773! We visited NCS today & were told that it was not part of the property & to talk to our insurance. "Sorry guys." was the parting reply. There should be some responsibility on the part of the property owner. We are seniors relying on our social security & do not have extra cash to throw away. If we put in a claim to our insurance, our deductible would eat it up & it would be considered an accident that would increase our rates. Not very happy, to say the least! Just a word to the unwary customer in a parking lot.......watch where you park!

Nevada Commercial Services has been my property manager for many years. My building manager, Sherry Johnson, handles ANYTHING that needs to happen or happens to my building. She is efficient, organized and thrifty.
