If you are currently or planning on renting with this company be aware, you will not get your deposit back for leaving the house in good condition. My advice is write your deposit off as non-refundable, and don't bother putting any effort in to clean on the move out. This company is notorious for fixing up charges to fleece as much out of the deposit as possible. Take records of EVERYTHING, take pictures of EVERYTHING on move in and move out, and only communicate with them by email so that when they inevitably lie later on when justifying taking 3/4 of your full months deposit you will have a record of the conversation.

After being treated horribly for three years they pretty much STOLE my deposit. I left the place in better condition and even made repairs but because I actually liked hot water and things like that they didn’t like me so as retaliation they literally STOLE MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT ON PURPOSE AND WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ME JUST TO BE VINDICTIVE POS’s. Then Tony the owner unfriended my bf on FB after hahaha

I wish I could give zero stars! This is a beyond horrible place. They harassed us to try to make living here unbearable because they wanted to raise the rent and legally couldn't do it while in a lease. ABSOLUTELY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!!

Just like to update my review, Tony took care of us within this last week or so. Finally got the microwave and overhead on stove fixed. Plus furnace and water heater got fixed within a couple days. Review went from 1 to 3 stars because it took awhile to fix but it did get done. Good people but they need more people to take care of business and renters.

DO NOT RENT FROM CORAZON REAL ESTATE/
Real Property Management Corazon
I began renting from Corazon in October 2014, and provided a $425.00 security deposit. I moved out in May 2017. I left this apartment in PERFECT condition, other than a carpet stain. Corazon advised me not to have the carpets cleaned, even by a professional before moving out, so I followed their specific request.
Within a month, Corazon sent me an itemized list/letter that stated that I owed them around $120.00 (on top of my $425.00 deposit that they would keep) for repairs. The repairs included a few things that were documented broken BEFORE I moved into the apartment, but majority of the fees were for carpet repair.
After I sent two demand letters to Corazon, it was clear that they were not going to refund my deposit. I decided to take them to court.
During mediation in October, Tony Chinnici offered to waive the additional fee of about $120.00, and bring my balance to zero, but I still would not receive my deposit of $425.00, which was owed to me. I told him “No thank you”, and decided to let the judge settle the matter.
I attended court in November 2017, and the judge ruled in my favor, as it was clearly obvious that Corazon was not being fair with my security deposit. I was refunded the entire deposit of $425.00 plus court fees by Corazon a few weeks later.
Lesson: DO NOT RENT FROM CORAZON REAL ESTATE. Yes, I won in court, but it took 7 months for me to get my full refund. Also, this was a lengthy process, and I spent hours researching Nevada law and gathering evidence for my case. Trust the reviews you read about this company, and if you do rent from them, be prepared to document everything, so you can take them to court for your security deposit.
