Very hard working team. I have the pleasure of saying they worked really hard on following up with my inquiries and working with my situation. Although another opportunity came through that I just couldn't pass up due to the time constraint on my situation, I would have definitely waited for them to pull through for me. They are organized, and very helpful. I would love to add compassionate to that list as well. Thank you RPMC. I will highly recommend this wonderful team.

Horrible company to deal with. Very unprofessional. I put an application in for a rental and they took forever to get back to me on the status. I constantly had to call to find out what was going on. When I finally got a hold of the person that could actually give me status I was told that she just started looking at my application. After many calls and a message left the receptionist told me that she would take a message and have Heather get back to me. Instead of Heather calling me like a professional would do she texted me to tell me that she couldn’t process my application until I viewed the property. I tried viewing this property for over a week. Every time I called they key was checked out and unavailable. On my last attempt I called the office and was told that the key was available. I immediately took time off from work and left early. It took me 12 minuets to get there and as soon as I got there I was told that they key had just been checked out. Absolutely ridiculous! So they wouldn’t process my application until I viewed it first, yet it was never available to view. I asked for my application fee back and was told that I had to wait a week to get it. The next day I get a TEXT advising me that the check was ready. I open the check and it’s $5 less than what I paid for the application fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. Awful experience and a total waste of my time. They don’t communicate professionally and do business horribly.

This place is full of horrible Crooks. The owner and his staff are unprofessional and rude. I submitted my application along with my husband and paid $40 each but yet I ended up doing all the work. I requested that my application fees be returned and I was basically sent to hell. Also I was going to be required to pay three times the deposit and I requested from the owner to pay a full deposit up front and pay the rest in payments but I was ignored. Then when I went into the office to have the process explain to me they got mad at me. Someone needs to report these people to any entity that can investigate and audit them. Renters and owners run the other way, caution this place is full of crooks.

I agree with Jordan. As an apartment owner this company did nothing but mis-bill tenants, frustrate me the owner all while he tried to charge me money for bogus repairs. Run the other way tenants and owners. Notice the owner didn't respond to this because he knows it is true. Seriously save your time and money and go elsewhere. I literally had tenants hugging and thanking me when I fired Tony from managing my complex. His spineless tactics and letters only serve to annoy and frustrate everyone.
