Nevada Premier Properties

I called about an apartment for my son that had a for rent sign up. I gave the address and asked if I could get any info on the property. The lady who answered was rude and barked at me that, "WE DON'T HAVE ANY PROPERTIES ON OR NEAR THAT STREET". I repeated that I was parked outside next to the sign and she barked again adding, "MULTIFAMILY UNITS JUST LEAVE THE SIGN UP". First of all, I work down the street, this is the first time I've seen the sign. Second, if that's your policy (which I doubt) then how about being nice or at least feign pleasantry instead of growling at perspective tenants. I refuse to give these people any of my family's money now on ANY of their properties and I'm determined to make sure everyone I know avoids them also. Customer service is everything.

Me and my husband were trying to rent a property from them and they told us we had to put a double deposit down because our credit apparently was really low but when we checked it. Our credit was almost 600. I will never try to rent with them again. They just wanted to scam us out of money and not even help us get into a place.
