Adam and Darcie have been outstanding property managers. Although we were the renters and they represent the owner, they were very efficient in taking care of business to the benefit of both. We have dealt with 3 other property management companies and they pailed in comparison. Due to serious health issues from smoke and cat hair, my health went down hill making it medically necessary for us to move in spite of a 2 year lease. They did everything the owner would allow, but the carpet is so infused with smoke, cat hair and dander, the only solution would be to replace the old carpet and pad which the owner wouldn't do. Because of the service we received as tenants, we chose to move into another home that they managed. I would want them managing my own property in a heartbeat. The value of the property is significantly affected by its condition (important for resale). And keeping good renters is predicated on keeping the home in good repair. It's called WIN WIN
