After 2 minutes the repair man said it would be better to purchase a new one. He also said that he had talked to the owner and they agreed before he came out that was going to most likely be the solution. I was charged $68.00 for a couple of minutes of seemingly what they already knew.

Chris gave us a time he would be here at our house and then he kept his appointment, calling us to tell us he was on his way. Then he carefully examined the cooktop that was giving us trouble. His work and his advice were honest, competent, and excellent. Chris is a professional in every way and I would definitely call him again for trustworthy service.
