Mike the owner of this store is amazing. I was having major problems with my refrigerator and freezer. Had a ton of meats and groceries that would spoil. After explaining that to Mike he came out immediately and fixed it on spot. Thank you Mike. Life saver. I highly recommend, not to mention he gave me a great deal!

The technicians were knowledgeable and great. The receptionist could certainly work on her customer service and attitude towards customers. Overall satisfied with the work.

took them 2 weeks to order a GE part for my washer and i only had a time frame because i called lowes customer service number. i had to wait another week before they actually gave me an apppointment date for the the technician to come out. Which was between 12p-6p. its currently 5 :35pm ....NO TECH ARRIVED. IF THEY ARENT HERE BY 6PM...IM CALLING LOWES TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT
