service was timely and professionally accomplished. The service tech had the necessary parts so the repair was completed in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price. Excellent job.

Probably wouldn't use again. They want you to leave all day open for their arrival and then give you 15min notice before arriving. Diagnostic was quick, but then wanted to sell a monthly subscription. Ended up doing the repair on my own for about 20% the costs they wanted to do it for.

OMG I had to give my phone number so they could contact me about time of repair. Since the repair, I have been contacted by them to do a survey at least three or four times a day. The only way I got it to stop was to lie and tell them I was home at the time of the repair. I will NEVER buy at Sears again.

The wonderful repairman came the same day we looked for the service online. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly why our garage door opener was not working properly. It was fixed and working perfectly within 15 minutes. This is great service indeed!
