Saved me from buying a new washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend. Could have replaced a motor but the installer found out it was just a capacitor. Totally honest and very professional!

These reviews on here are completely inaccurate. Other search engines tell you the truth about this company. They are crooks! I called them to get one simple safety fuse for my dryer that blew. These thieves try to tell me that I had to buy the whole set of fuses and the heating element as a kit because there was no other way but then tried to tell me that it was for the best because of one fuse goes out the others are not far behind them. They wanted $41.00 for that kit! The kit online is less that half that price and the one fuse they refused to sell me alone was $6.00 w/Free shipping. I replaced and my dryer is working just fine. Thanks for showing your true colors. How about being an honest company instead of a company that tries to take advantage of your customers. I had to wait one extra day to get that part in the mail. Buyers beware!!!! You guys should be ashamed! I’m putting the word out about this place and warning others!

Really appreciated the fast service from R&C. I called a variety of repair businesses Monday morning after my refrigerator stopped cooling on Sunday and could only get a prompt response from R&C—a nice touch when you don't have any food at your house! They moved me up the list because I had no other refrigerator at my home, then an admittedly fortuitous nearby R&C crew worked me in an hour later. What could have been a four day ordeal took a day and a half. Clean, competent, courteous crew had it done in a heartbeat. Thanks R&C.

R&C does a great job for me. I don't live there full time and find them to be VERY service oriented and highly dependable! It is greatly appreciated!
