Convenient Appliance Service

We used Convenient Appliance Service to repair our washer. I was a little upset because they had to reschedule to two days later but that happens. The technician that came to our home was very respectful, quickly knew what the problem was and explained it to us. He quickly repaired our Maytag and cleaned up the work area. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable but since this was the first time we used this company I decided to wait a month before doing the review. It has now been a month and my washer is working perfectly. I am very pleased with this company and mainly the knowledgeable technician.

The service repairman arrived within the hour they said they would, and even the beginning part of it! Punctuality was appreciated. He was very personable, and gave me his honest opinion about the repair versus purchasing a new appliance. I’m so glad a friend recommended Convenient Appliance Repair to me; I will definitely keep using their service!

Convenient Appliance is a top notch company! Their technicians are well trained and efficient. You can schedule appointments online and they follow up with a phone call. They arrive on site when they are scheduled. Service and parts are reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with Convenient Appliance.

He came out in under 10 minutes to 15 minutes told me the exterior dryer vent was clogged and handed me a card for a person that unclogs the vent. Charged me 80.00 dollars. I unclogged the vent myself the next day. Also said" I may be able to get lunch today." Very disappointed. Feel I should be refuned my money.
