One Source Appliance Repair

One Source is my ONLY source for appliance repairs:) Their staff is friendly, courteous, and understanding. Lee (the technician & fellow Jersey transplant) was FABULOUS. He was early (which is "on time") for me, professional & personable, and VERY knowledgeable about my appliance. He did not "do" something to my refrigerator just to "do something." He took his time to explain to me his diagnostic sequences, and was able to hear the noise that I'd been hearing. He communicated clearly and set my expectations for the techniques and time that would be involved in fixing it. The One Source service schedulers were prompt in letting me know the status of the replacement part's arrival and accommodated my schedule for Lee's visit to install the parts. As always, Lee arrived and made the repair taking his time to not damage my floor or fridge in the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Source to be your only source for appliance repair. Thank you, Once Source, for conducting your business and treating your clients as you yourself would like to be treated:)

Aaron and Lee provided excellent, professional service on a call today regarding our refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable and ran thru a complete set of diagnostics to assess the problem and provided detailed information on next steps - if the problem were to occur again. They gladly answered all of our questions on the issue, providing a better understanding of how the refrigerator should perform. As we were impressed with their expertise, we also had them perform maintenance on our washer and dryer during the same visit.

They did a few jobs for me on various appliances. Unfortunately my microwave kept having the duplicate problems, so I receivrd a refund from this company. This was not a pleasant experience, but I decided to call them for my clothes dryer, they which they had prepared 12months ago. At this point they told me to find another company and my warranty had expired after 90days. I was appallerd at this company's behavior and its treatment toward it's clients.

This experience was awesome. Very professional and courteous service. Donald was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend One Source to anyone in need.
