Sorry I am not handy with the computer. I was pleased with the Repair person and his work. I had stayed homed for a visit the weekend before that did not materialized But when he came , He came within the new time appointed, He fixed the washer,, he explained the trouble, He cleaned up after himself. I DID APPRECIATE GETTING OUR WASH BACK. That night we did 5 washes.

I had a complete maintenance service performed on my Infinity system (carrier). I am completely satisfied with the service and the Technician (ID 0926568) was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is definitely a people person and customer focus. Thank You. My dryer was repaired on Jan. 3, 2017. I am completely satisfied .

Sears has always been dependable. I have found the Technicians to be very knowledgeable about the merchandise they come to repair.. In addition, their appearance and mannerism is impeccable.

Was not happy at first with the "8-5" time slot, but they refined it to a 2-hour window the day of the service so I could get some work done. The service guy was very good and thorough. Then he cleaned up everything. I'm very pleased with Sears Appliance Repair.

Standard service, oil change, check belts, new spsrk plug. He's going to have to come back due to the mower deck clutch cable breaking, but that hsppened after he had left.
