Baymont by Wyndham Kansas City

Pretty nice place. Bed is super comfortable and the room is pretty clean. Its located in awesome spot also. All kinds of eating places near by. Not far from the down town area either.

Checked into a room across from the cleaning facility room (that room was wide open the entire time and smelled quite strong, and not in a clean way) and a trash filled cart parked outside our door that never moved. Our floor was clearly not vacuumed, the toilet paper roll was maybe 10 squares to empty, empty tissue box, no bathroom trashcan to be found, a bulb burnt out in a lamp just to name a few "upon arrival" features. The hall floors are very disorienting with how they slant in very odd angles on every floor for some reason. The pool was pretty dirty (but usable if you don't mind lots of small debris) and the hot tub was literally duct taped closed, probably to never be opened again. The bed is really really cheap and the pillows are hard and thin. I'm trying to not be overly critical here, but I feel a bit ripped off for having spent as much as I did on this room... before this, I stayed in a weird 70s era looking motel run by people who probably live there and it was nicer and cheaper and more charming than this... Sorry, Baymont, but I think I'll spend the like $20 more to stay at a MUCH nicer place that's closer to the action in KC next time.

The employee's were really nice. Room was clean. Had no problem with WiFi. Breakfest was great. Had a very good experience. Would recommend it. Price was good. I have no complaints. Will be back.

Nice hotel, suited our needs for an over night stay without being over the top and fancy. Location was good, as it was within a few miles to downtown. Price is good for the room and location.

Location was in the heart of kck, and the staff was super friendly. They had a decent hot breakfast, and the rooms were clean.
