My wife and I have stayed here twice. Overall a good experience. Parking garage is accessible from the street, lobby is really nice, service was good, and rooms were modern and comfy. The valet parking costs more, but worth it. The pool is decent but kinda hard to find; it's on a floor by itself and you take like three hallways to get there. And when we got there, no clean towels to use and no one around to ask for some. Four stars is appropriate.

We love staying here... It has gone a little down-hill since the Marriott acquisition, but I'm sure they'll work it out... Some really great staff here.. Top to bottom... Nice rooms.. Great location... Don't pay more (too much) to stay on the plaza... It's only a short ride away from here!

Nice place. The rooms are big enough for a few people to be comfortable. They provide 4 good sized pillows per double bed. I like that the hotel is connected to a small mall with a few restaurants and shops with other attractions nearby. For that reason the location is great for anyone with kids. They also have an air hockey and table tennis games available near the pool.

It was a nice hotel with a great pool & views, but we had a club room and there was so no fridge in it. We called the front desk and told them that there was no fridge so we had to wait around for 20 minutes and wait until somebody could bring it up. Overall a good hotel and I would stay again for the views of KC and the pool.

I really wish I could give this hotel a better review. The hotel itself was nice. It was in a good location and my daughter loved the pool! The beds were also super comfortable!! However all of that being said I have a very bad taste in my mouth over an experience we had. My daughter left a pair of very expensive diamond earrings on the bedside table (our fault I know). We’ve called the hotel several times (it was a few hours after check out that we realized she didn’t have them). No one turned the earrings in to lost and found. They were sitting on the nightstand between the two beds and within clear view. We’ve talked to security a few different times and they have been helpful but haven’t been able to locate the earrings. I think it’s really crummy that if someone cleaned the room they didn’t turn the earrings in and more then likely pocketed them. Which is awful! Moral of the story, make sure you have EVERYTHING with you before leaving! Super disappointed that whoever was in the room after us wasn’t more honest!
P.S. I’ve been trying to call a manager and apparently they don’t work on weekends or holidays! I’ve never been so disgusted with a place in all my life! We were also told by security that they will turn the earrings in to insurance but unless we can price someone has her earrings then we are basically S.O.L. Which means since no ones come clean about this we are out about $700 for lost earrings!
