Comfort Inn & Suites Kansas City Downtown

My wife and I enjoyed an overnight stay. We selected a room with a large jacuzzi tub which was a great feature for our stay. The room was very spacious and the decor was pleasing to the eye and well kept. The pool is on the small side which didn't allow for much swimming, but it was relaxing to use for a relatively sorry time. The location was good as well, as it was very near the main highway and close to the downtown area of Kansas City making it easy to go out and do activities nearby. The included breakfast was delicious. All members of the hotel staff were courteous and professional in our interactions that we had with them during check in, breakfast, and check out.

This place is amazing the staff are helpful. Great service. Rooms are very clean the housekeepers work hard and efficient. Everyone treated me like I was family. Would stay here again

My husband and I visited Kansas city during the last week of March. This place is very near to downtown. The hotel room was in good condition and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. At the same time we were celebrating my husbands birthday and few days before our reservation I called the reception to check if they can help me in decorating the room. It took a few calls as their manager was out of town but at the end they helped me and I am very grateful to them. The only downside we faced because of the construction that was going on around the hotel. Because of that we had to take different routes to reach at the location as Google wasn't aware of construction.

This place worked great for my trip to KC. It's really close to some of the cool neighborhoods but it's still affordable. The location is a little separated from the rest of the neighborhood so it's not exactly walkable but it's a short uber ride. The parking lot can fill up but there is a secure lot across the street. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels AND the shower head was tall enough for me (6 feet) which is sometimes hard to find in hotels. This place is a great value.

Great location. Friendly employees, the breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles, one day we had bacon, biscuits and gravy. Cereal, fruit. Pool area is small. Beds were comfortable.
