Lovely, but definitely older hotel in the heart of downtown. Came for a big meeting and stayed for two nights. Here is the scoop -
Staff - very friendly and warm, from checking in to housekeeping to the valet team and everyone in between.
Rooms - spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice and roomy... oh and the bed was amazing with the top tier linens and sleep quality of the beds. I am obsessed with the microfiber robe in my room, to the point I bought one from the website on my flight home. My only negative was that I could not get the room very cool. It was climate controlled and you can't open any windows.
Overall, a really nice stay and I would stay again.

I was here for a convention and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful. There is a comfortable lobby, and just upstairs another area sporting an impressive indoor fountain and waterfall. The meeting rooms were very pleasant to be in. The hotel's location is right next to the World War I Museum and other downtown attractions.

employees. Beds are comfortable, had a very large comfortable room. We're on the 13th floor facing North the view of the Power and Light District was beautiful. Right next to the World War 1 Museum, and Grand Central Station. By using the free shuttle able to get to the Power and Light District, and down to the city centre.

I attended a conference here but did not stay in the hotel since I live in KC. After my conference experience, I'd love to stay at the hotel for a get away. Staff were very helpful and friendly! The food was fantastic and the facilities very nice.

Great place for a getaway. So much to do in that part of town. We parked our car in the garage and never used it the rest of the weekend. Building is somewhat dated, service was wonderful.
