Kansas City Marriott Downtown

My first visit was amazing. Warm welcome from the staff. Everyone is affable with smiling faces. Clean room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It also has a restaurant and a wine bar. Five stars for amazing service and making my experience memorable. You guys made me a returning customer. Thank you!

The service was incredible! The workers were so nice and helpful. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is definitely a high-end hotel with many things to offer. The bars have many options for all kinds of drinkers, and the drinks are good. The only bad part of the area is the parking, which is confusing and hard to find in relationship to the hotel. If you want to go here, you absolutely have to look up the location of the parking lot first. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Hotel commons, halls and bar area were neat and tidy. Staff was smiling, pleasant and willing to assist you. Check in and out was super fast on the app, just needed to stop long enough to pick up the room keys. Proximity was close to everything. Easily reached by foot or vehicle.

They weren't very accommodating to us and we were there for a conference, we wanted to go 7 minutes away to a restaurant and they stated the shuttle couldn't take us there and they if we wanted a taxi only four people could ride in a taxi but we could call a uber very strange since there was 5 of us so we had to split up to go anywhere. As well as the water dispenser in the lobby was dirty and even when it had water in it, the fruit was also dirty you could see the dirt on the hull of the fruit. I felt they could have been more helpful just because we arrived in your city from at least 7 different states, I would not suggest we use the Marriott as one of our hotels in the future for any of our conferences.

Well done rooms. Beds were a bit soft. AC took a little while to catch up. Shower took a little work to figure out. But overall, it was a very fun stay and a great location.
