The hotel was located only a block away from the conference center where the conference I was there to attend was held. The staff were friendly. There was a pretty good Starbucks there in the lobby. The rooms were nice and cozy. The beds were perfect, and they each had four of the best pillows I've ever slept on on them! I would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was too small, didn’t have an exhaust fan so it was like getting dressed in a rainforest when I put on clothes after a shower, and the City Grille in their lobby was awful. The lunch buffet was minimal, the waitress had NO idea what a side salad was, and it took well over an hour to get our food. I do not recommend staying here. The best part about the hotel was the Starbucks because they forgot that I ordered a medium drink and they accidentally upgraded me to a large. Thanks.

This is my second time here. The room here is spacious and decent. King Size bed, clean, and it was comfy. Had a wedding to attend to, they have a Starbucks here and a great morning wake up call. The venue was on the top floor and elevator is small. Lots of people waited for the elevator for a while. Food and service was good. Friendly staff as well.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times have been treated really well. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Easy check in and out, and the rooms are always in excellent condition. Even on the unfortunate occasion that a friend passed out in their bathroom, the valets got him out and continued to ask about his well being the rest of our stay. Just an excellent hotel

Decent hotel, great downtown Kansas City location within walking distance of the Power and Light district, great craft breweries, restaurants, and the convention center. Rooms are fine but are nothing special. This hotel has it's own parking garage attached to the hotel and parking was easy but costs $19 per day if you self park. Check-in was extremely slow and as a Platinum Elite member, I was told they would put me in a king suite. When I got to my room, it wasn't a suite but rather a standard room. Some rooms have amazing views of the city. I'd stay here again and recommend this hotel if sight-seeing is your perogative or if you have a conference at the city's convention center because it's one block away.
