Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza

The moment we check in we were greeted by a very warm welcome and a friendly smile. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and had a pretty decent view of the plaza. The room had all modern furnishings, including smart TVs. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and had an amazing variety.

Stayed there on a quick overnight because it was walking distance to the Nelson-Atkins Museum and the Country Club shops. Free parking, close walk to everything we wanted, good price! Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a first floor king with outside entrance. Only "complaint" was the outside door slams shut very loudly but that's a small price to pay to make sure non-guests don't get in. Will definately stay there again.

Very friendly employees. Large rooms with complete kitchen area. However, only 1 elevator for entire hotel and no valet. The parking garage is dimly lit with access to anyone. Limited access to the garage would be an added comfort. Security is only available on the weekends. Also there is a hospital nearby, which produced many sirens on my visit. I would, however stay here again bc of the low price point and good location.

Very nice facility with accessible parking. 5-minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff very, very friendly, clean, courteous, even charming. A wonderful location from which to explore!

This might be my new favorite place, tucked away just a short walk from the heart of country club plaza, this place was a joy to visit. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast mean you won't be disappointed here.
