Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza

I stayed here for five consecutive nights for work. What a beautiful hotel. The staff here really know what customer service is about. I'm not sure if I have ever experienced better service at another hotel. Bravo. To the young man that helped me check in, thank you for going above and beyond to help me. I wish I remembered your name. Thank you. I stayed in room 1021. The room was immaculate with great views and very nice decor. I highly recommend Sheraton Suites on the Plaza.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A couple of stains on the carpet but the room was well equipped and smelled clean. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room after further inspection and two of the towel bars were falling off of the wall. Also, there were rust stains in the bathtub, two of the pillows had stains on them, carpet was stained, and it looked like they had not dusted in quite some time. I bought this to the attention of the front desk and they sent someone right up to address the cleanliness issues and offered to move us to a new room. We declined to be moved because we exhausted from shopping but their prompt attention was appreciated. I want so badly to give them more than three stars but some of the issues would have been easy to avoid.

Very spacious suites. The location was great, close to the plaza area. The staff was friendly and recognized my SPG status, which was nice. Definitely would stay again.

Decent hotel. Good location close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Could use a little updating but the hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

This was my first visit to Plaza area. Very happy I chose to stay here. Great location, great restaurants in surrounding area, and amazing service and staff.
