Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kansas City at Village West, KS

Nice hotel, the staff needs a little education in etiquette and house keeping standards. When you set up with the front desk a late check out specifically a extra hr(business reasons), you would think they will communicate to house keeping not to disturb till you check out. Nothing looks more embarrassing than a house keeper walking in without knocking to a business meeting. Normal check out is noon, and at 1210 she barges in. I guess it’s not so bad until instead of leaving, we ask questions about when I’m leaving instead of just leaving. I had to explain I asked for late check out for a reason, she persisted with questions like when is your late check out, when are you leaving. This was a important meeting, but I guess coordinating your rounds or your cleaning schedule was more important than knocking before you enter.

Stopped for a much needed rest on our way to Colorado. This was a very nice hotel. Very clean.. Check in was quick. the clerk was friendly, efficient and very professional. Rooms exceptionally clean. Breakfast very good. And this hotel sits on the grounds of the racetrack, casino, restaurants and lots of shopping. Great location off of 70 ! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location near Mercy's Park and Legends Outlet. The time are very nice and it's a hotel I have stayed at more than once

We checked in at the country inn and suites Saturday the 17th in Kansas City by the speedway. The second we walked in I knew it want going to be good. Lobby is very dirty and house keeping was lounging on the lobby couch. Carpet stained also. Then we went into our room 106. The glass door dividing the two rooms was filthy and the furniture looked like someone went to the bathroom on it.... and the curtains are torn....I paid for the room. But checked out in 5 min. I hope we don't get charged on my credit card. The guy at that I talked to really didn't seem to care that are room was dirty. And said I did not need a receipt showing that are credit card would not be charged.
