Holiday Inn Express Kansas City - Village West

Great experience. Clerk at reception desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was on of the better ones I've had, for a conventional/hot breakfast. I would recommend this hotel!

Even though check in time was 4:00, staff was able to accommodate us when we asked for an early check in at short notice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet hallway, nice tv, comfortable bed, clean everything. Would recommend staying here for any reason, to anyone.

Gorgeous rooms, wonderful amenities, perfect stay. The hot tub and pool we're so soothing (until kids and distracted parents bombarded us), the bathrooms were stocked with things I didn't even think of bringing, and the front staff was delightful. I will definitely stay here again. Random thought.. why not let the pool & hot tub be open just an hour later without minors, that would have made it perfect. No one likes being "accidentally" splashed over and over while shouts and screams are reverberating against your ear drums.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast! Friendly staff. Room was great except for bathroom which needed some tlc. Has a pool and hot tub. Perfect Location!

Good place to stay. Has shopping right across the street or has the Casino about a mile away. Lots of food options as well. Great place to stay if you want to go to a major sports event in the local area.
