Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve used enterprise everytime I traveled for work, however that will all be changing. I’ve never had a worse customer service experience as I just had. Not only was returning the vehicle at this site incredibly unorganized (5th floor of a random parking garage with little signage) but the workers were slow and unfriendly. I waited 20 mins until someone greeted me, while it looked like one of the workers was texting. When I finally got help and asked for a receipt the lady helping me proceeded to help someone else and made me wait another 15 mins for my recipept...it was a nightmare to say the least

The service is usually pretty good at this location. I was disappointed that the car I was given had been smoked in by previous renter. It wasn't detected until a/c was turned on. There was also a film on the windshield and drivers window that I had to clean as it made night driving difficult do to the glare created by other headlights.

I got a car from here while mine was in the shop. Overall they were nice, although the car I was given was a little dirty. Not happy with how the employees were all saying something different and no one seemed to have the same information. I was unknowingly charged for more days of the supplemental insurance, when I was told in the begining I would not be.

I've been working with this branch for almost a year now. So far, each interaction I've had with them has been positive and stress free. Friendly staff make a world of difference!

Turned my car in the next day but because i left the keys in the vehicle instead of some drop box they didnt even tell me about they charged me for 4 days terrible customer service.
