Beware....Inspection failed to reveal major problems. water heater damage, duct work rust holes, electrical plugs burned out, toilet leaks, bowed wall all completely missed.

We are in the process of purchasing a home and discovered possible foundation issues. I called Accurate Inspections and Les met us at the property promptly. He explored the areas and let us know what to look for. He gave detailed instructions on what steps should be taken. He was charming, diligent, and thorough. I will recommend Accurate to friends and family in the future.
