To start off, he was very personable in the beginning. He provided an ok summary of findings with a few pictures. The issue was once we acquired the home, the more we looked, the more minor and major issues we found that he should have seen. I called him asking for him to come walk through the property with me as I was concerned and he agreed to come out. He chose the day and time for me this walk through. However, he never showed up and never returned another phone call. I have seen some great inspectors and others that weren’t so great. In the future I’ll follow my instincts and have my tradesmen come walk through instead of someone that misses many issues (wiring, foundation, insulation, grading, mechanical and plumbing). Save yourself the headache.

Carl is thourough, professional, and his attention to detail is top notch. Having had experience with quite a few other inspectors, my recommendation when it comes to your home inspection would be to consider using Certified Home Inspections. The inspection report is delivered to you in a very timely manor and is easy to understand with pictures and descriptions.
