I'm currently a student at Lansing Community College and was given an assignment to interview an inspector, so I needed to find one locally. I found this company and decided to use it for my assignment because of the wonderful reviews it had and everything went great! I spoke with Bill Baughman, Owner, Manager, and Certified Inspector. He was an extremely nice gentleman who was willing to take the time out of his day to allow me to conduct an interview with him. He answered every question I had and some. He really knows a lot about Inspections and much more. I would really trust this company with inspections and will be recommending him throughout my family and with my current work in construction. I would even go to the extent of also hoping to work for this company in the next year or so!
