John was great! He answered my phone call and scheduled the appointment in a quick and professional manner. Upon arriving at the property, John walked me through his entire inspection process and explained in great detail what he was most concerned about, and what was less important. I was extremely pleased with his level of service during the inspection. I then received a full inspection report 6 hours after our inspection! The level of detail in the inspection report is great; there are pictures, arrows and explanations of all things we went over today. We were looking to buy a home the Huntington Woods area and had are pre-closing inspection done. I believe that John probably saved us $30k or more by providing us with essential information about the home's foundation, wiring, leaks, and flooding issues that were not disclosed previously. The inspection was thorough, detailed, and organized which guided us to make our decision not to go through with the sale. I plan on using Innovate Home Inspections again.
