I strongly advise you not to use this company for your inspection needs. My husband and I purchased a home in 2013, our first home, we did not know what to expect so we used this company at the recommendation of our Realtor. Two months after moving in we had water in our basement, something the inspector said "had been fixed". A year later we spent $15,000 to remedy the problem that should have been called out by the inspector. We hired a waterproofing company to come out and quote us on the work that needed to be done, upon the first look of the basement we were told that had we called this company before buying they would have never let us buy the house without the seller fixing. What the seller had done to "fix" the issue was not up to code and looked to be done by an amateur, something that should have been called out by our P.R.O.S inspector. Please do your research and read reviews before hiring anyone to inspect your home.

I had a great experience with this company. JP was my inspector and he was excellent. Being a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect but he was very knowledgeable and broke everything down so I would understand what he was talking about. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house. Katie

Great experience! Every step of the inspection was explained as it was conducted, which made us feel very involved in the process and left us with a very clear understanding of why things are why they are and what needs to be addressed. The inspector was thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
