Glenn was a fantastic resource to have. I really enjoyed being able to book him online. He was courteous enough to call saying he was going to be a few minutes late to the inspection which seems very rare these days. As for the inspection itself, Glenn walked me through it pointing out key details and explaining along the way potential good/bad things. What I most appreciated is he did so in a non-condescending manner. He aims to educate, not show off. His findings helped me properly prioritize things to take care of in the home that I otherwise might not have paid attention to!

Glenn was extremely helpful throughout the home inspection! Being a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and didn't know what to expect. He was very professional, and provided a thorough report that allowed me to feel confident in my home purchase. He took the time to explain what he was looking for, what he saw throughout the home, and made suggestions about what to do in order to increase the life of the home. Definitely recommend!

I am a first time home buyer and had no idea about any of this when I first entered the buying market. All I can say about Glenn is "wow." He is such a professional. He arrived well ahead of the time and got the roof and gutter inspections done so that he can spend more time with me explaining everything in great detail. This was in winter, and he had no hesitation going up on roof amidst all the snow and bone-chilling temperatures. Once I arrived on site, he explained everything, even the minor things, in a very easy to understand manner. He completely understood that I had absolutely no experience and was very patient. The whole procedure took around 4 hours, and he was amazing. Every inch of the house was scrutinized. The report was delivered to my inbox along with the pics within a couple of hours. He is truly amazing, knows what he does, and I highly recommend him to others. He caught every single minor detail. This guy knows his job in and out and is a rare find these days. Thank you, Glenn, you are simply the best.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and haven't gone through the home inspection process before. Glenn at Hammer Home Inspections was great! He walked us through the inside and outside of the home, explaining things that were concerning or just needed to be maintained. Glenn was more than willing to answer any of our questions (there were a lot) and was extremely knowledgeable! I felt as though Glenn went above and beyond by suggesting different possible solutions to certain issues found, and we even received our inspection report the night of the inspection date. The report had many pictures with arrows and circles that showed what the report was referring to. The report was clear and easy to understand. I don't have experience with other inspectors, so I can't compare Glenn to any one else. However, I won't ever need to because I won't be going with anyone else in the future. I will definitely be suggesting him to anyone and everyone I know!
