There’s a reason why this company has so many 5 star reviews. Jay was so thourough and took the time to explain everything in detail. I could never use another home inspector again. This was the gold standard of home inspections.

Jay was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained any concerns with the house. He gave us a detailed walk through, which included maintenance suggestions, that was perfect for first time home buyers.

Hands down one of the best decisions we made when purchasing our new construction home. I emailed 7 different home inspectors, some referred to us, and Jay was extremely responsive and communicative. He even did Infrared scanning, which was a must for us. His report was full and extremely detail oriented. Jay took his time and explained parts of the house we would have otherwise not known. I absolutely recommend Up Close to inspect your home - nothing will be missed!
