As a first time home buyer I was nervous to begin this process but Tim’s knowledge and experience help put those fears to rest. I was fortunate enough to have my dad with me for guidance but Tim went above and beyond walking me through each step in his search, keeping me involved in the process, and showing me what to look for if I ever had to do this on my own. Tim is punctual, professional, and his price is more than fair for the value and quality of service. I would highly recommend.

Home buying is such a stressful and expensive process! When we decided to go with TIm for our home inspection, we knew from all of the positive feedback that he was going to do the job right! He ventured out in a crazy Michigan snow storm and never sped through or tried to rush the process. He was so thorough and never made my husband or I feel stupid for asking questions and gave us additional resources that we could use in the future. I would recommend Tim to all my friends and family when they need a home inspection! He even told me that he genuinely takes pride in his work and treats every house and every person like they were family. This statement was definitely reflected in his professionalism and we are confident in the purchase that we are making! 10 STARS!!!

Tim was fantastic! He was very thorough in his inspection and gave us a report and a cd when it was done. Not only did he do a great job, he was very easy to get along with. I would recommend him to any of my friends who need a detailed friendly home inspection.

Tim was really amazing with our home inspection. He found things that I believe many others would have missed. He's a funny guy with a great sense of humor and won't BS around an answer. He's easy to get along with. He doesn't mind you following him around like a puppy dog answering questions. It was awesome getting the report on spot right there at the property. My wife and I are confident in his inspection and will definitely use him for future inspection needs. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Tim was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. We called asking for an appointment only two days out and he was able to accommodate us. We put in an offer on the new home and am very glad that we selected Tim to perform the home inspection. He was extremely thorough and found both big and small issues that I believe would be easy for others to miss. I am confident that went over the entire house top to bottom and am very pleased with the inspection. Also noteworthy was the fact that he generated the report on site with his laptop and was able to let my wife and I look it over and ask questions. We left with a copy on CD and are entirely satisfied. I highly recommend Tim to other potential home buyers.
