Great Lakes Home & Property Inspections

Michael Bazzo from Great Lakes Home & Property Inspections came out to inspect a property we were in the process of buying. Mike was professional but laid back and had a good sense of humor (which I always appreciate!). He asked many times if we had questions and did his best to explain things in layman's terms. He allowed us to follow him around and observe what he was doing along the way, which I found helpful, since home ownership is new for me. Mike was able to come out to do the inspection for us with only about 1 - 2 days notice, which is helpful if you are in a time crunch. I would recommend this company if you are looking for this type of service!

Great job, thorough and informative. Mike explained everything and why it was important.. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel valued. Very friendly. I would highly recommend and will use his services again when needed!

Mike arrived early to inspect the single wide I am purchasing. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. His report arrived same day and had plenty of pictures and tips. I am quite pleased with his help and the things he pointed out about the home, and happy to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.

Extremely accommodating even during the holiday season. Very straight to the point, honest and open about findings. Great recommendations given based on experience and knowledge. Best of all, friendly and punctual! As a real estate agent it’s imperative I recommend qualified inspectors to my clients. I have now found my new company of choice.

I can not say enough great things about this company! Mike arrived early taking a look at the structure of the unit before I even arrived. He pointed out things that I would not have considered myself and was very forecoming with information. Mike made sure to explain everything fully and answer any questions I had. I will be recommending Mike in the future to my family and friends!!!
