Trademark Home Inspection, LLC

Jim did a great job on our new construction home inspection. He was extremely patient, answered all of our questions, and addressed all our concerns as we walked through the entire house. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and did find a few things that the builder should address, even though it is a new built house. The final report I received was extremely detailed with pictures and will be extremely helpful in getting the few issues addressed. I would highly recommend Trademark Home Inspection, and recommend Jim to anyone who needs a home inspection.

We received a home inspection from Daniel. The experience from start to finish was great! Being a first time home buyer is stressful, but the whole team was very helpful. Theresa at the front desk was friendly and helpful when finding a time that worked best for us. Daniel was early to the home inspection. He explained everything to us in detail and gave helpful hints and realistic expectations. The report was generated so quickly and it was online and very user friendly. I know little to nothing about home improvement and was able to understand everything! I would definitely choose Trademark again and recommend them to anyone buying a home!

My husband and I are purchasing our first home, so we have never had a home inspection done before. Jim Guntzmiller as awesome! He explained everything clearly and let us ask as many questions as we needed. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, but also very personable. The inspection was very thorough. He documented everything and went over the report and pictures with us over the phone. When I called to inquire about inspections and their prices, the receptionist was more than helpful and incredibly nice. I am more than happy with my choice to use Trademark Home Inspection and will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Matt and his father inspected our home for us and were nothing short of extremely professional and thorough. As first time homebuyers buying what we consider to be a "fixer-upper," my husband and I were overwhelmed by our first inspection. However, Matt made us feel more educated and aware of some of the issues with our home. He helped us identify what areas would need to be addressed right away and others we could gradually work on over time. He also took the time to chat with us over the phone and via text message when we had follow up questions later on in the week. With this knowledge we were able to negotiate with the sellers to address the necessary repairs, and feel much better about our decision to purchase the house. The comprehensive report Matt provided was a great takeaway we can refer to at any time to ensure we are keeping our house well maintained. Lastly, we were so appreciative of Matt and his father's kindness towards our dog who we brought along since she had been cooped up all day while we were at work. It was so nice of them to accommodate her, pet her, and let her roam around the house while they worked. We would 100% recommend Matt and Trademark Home Inspection to anyone whether or not you are a first-time homebuyer.
