Visual Pro Home Inspections

We have dealt with several home inspectors in the past. I have never had a problem in the past, but never had been truly impressed with any of them until we encountered Vince. He conducted the most thorough inspection we had ever experienced. This was so important to us as this was our biggest home purchase to date. He was very candid about any issues he saw, and was so very helpful with his explanations. He certainly took great time and care with our inspection, and I was left feeling very comfortable and safe in proceeding with the purchase of our home. He even made multiple trips back to the property to ensure our additional sewer inspection went smoothly. I am sure that most inspectors do what is required, but I want to let you know that Vince goes above and beyond. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism make him a joy to work with. Moving forward, I would never use another inspector, and I would definitely recommend him to friends, family and anybody else who may need his services.

We availed the services of Visual Pro for home inspection and would like to let know that it has been an awesome experience to work with Vincent. The report he gave us aligns with his experience and professionalism, and he has been more than willing to go over the report multiple times despite we were absent during the inspection. Vince came out to my new house to perform an inspection and I was very happy with his work. He was able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule on relatively short notice. He arrived at the house about 10 minutes early and discussed the procedure with me. During the inspection itself he answered my and my realtor's questions. I felt he was honest and thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His recommendation to get a sewer pipe inspection turned out to be money well spent as a huge problem was discovered that needed immediate attention. His report was thorough and professional. He took pictures of every part of the house and incorporated it into the report along with a description and addressing potential problems. When I was looking for a home inspector, I wanted an unbiased, professional, and thorough inspection. I feel that Vince was all of those things and I'd recommend him.
