We had a fabulous experience working with Dan. His services are a little pricey but absolutely worth every penny! Total House Inspection was easy to work with, and Dan was exceptionally thorough. He covered every inch completely and found even the smallest things needing to be addressed. He saved us us from going through with a house that had been beautifully remodeled on the inside but failed to address some serious issues (the roof, the deck, the A/C, mold in the attic, etc.). We highly recommend Dan and Total House Inspections to anyone looking to get a truly solid read on a home.

Dan was highly professional and thorough. He went through the entire inside and outside of the home, yard, and structures; every room, the basement, the attic, and the roofs. Afterwards, we went through a few troublesome/questionable spots together and he explained his findings and what would be in the report concerning those areas and what his findings might mean and whether they needed monitoring or actual repairs or further inspections. I can't really think of anything negative to say. Dan was professional, courteous, and friendly. His price was very competitive when I researched several home inspectors. The report was also excellent, very detailed, and not only went over the things we discussed the previous day but also added some additional tips for routine home maintenance inspections and repairs/touch ups. As a first time home buyer, I found this information very useful and will be creating a routine house check-up schedule with that information. Highly recommend.
