Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently rented a car and had a issue upon return at another location. I was able to call this location back and they handled the issue for me same day. Great customer service and will definitely use them again when I am back in the area.

Enterprise was as efficient and friendly as usual. They contacted me the day before and asked if I had any questions. I called ahead to be picked up, and they were very prompt in coming to get me and help with luggage. The car was upgraded to a new van that drove well and got excellent mileage. The person in Chicago who received the van was pleasant and accommodating. Thanks Enterprise for your service!!

Great service! Got our first rental from Illinois but crashed it because of black ice and the next day they were the nearest Enterprise that could help us. Since we had bought the insurance they basically just swapped us a new one and we were back on the road. They were so friendly and attentive. I would definitely rent from them again.

I normally rent at Perryville, MO but being I moved I rented a vehicle at the Cape Girardeau, MO location. The inside of the car was dirty, back seats where dirty a vacuum wouldve been nice, white cigarettes stuck between passenger front seat an console, inside of windshield was nasty, windex an paper towels couldve prevented that. I truly believe the car was not serviced properly before it was given to me. Hopefully this review does not impact my refund as its been over a week an still have not recieved it. Bad thing is there are no other rental companies in this area.
