10/10 -  Anniversary weekend, made big plans, reserved a car. Got a call the day of, not enough cars, they were beyond slammed and it wasn't looking good. I was bummed but Lauren promised me that she would do everything possible to get me into a vehicle. Hours pass, and just 40 minutes before my scheduled pick up, she called and told me that she had a car for me. #elated. Between Lauren and Emily I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the work they put in and the efforts made to accommodate my needs. From the beginning the reservation to the end when dropping off the keys, nothing but customer service of the highest caliber.

As a salesman I can appreciate the grind these guys go through. Which makes the professionalism I received even more impressive. I made my reservation , showed up, gave them my payment information and was on my way with just enough fun small banter. A perfect customer experience where I felt appreciated.  I now ONLY RENT FROM ENTERPRISE.
